They equalise the pressure in the head and ears, making them suitable for most conditions. Hopi ear candles are often used to help remove excess wax, relieve blocked sinuses, sinusitis, hay fever, headaches, migraines and post cold symptoms. This treatment can be done in 30 minutes or one hour. The one-hour treatment will include a facial point massage which will drain any build up of lymphatic fluid within your face. This gentle light massage will enhance circulation delivering oxygen, reducing puffiness and overall giving the skin a fresher and youthful look.

Reflexology for Menopause £60
Menopause is a time to pause and reframe. Menopause and Peri Menopause is a completely natural process, and everyone's experience is unique.
This can be a difficult time for women with varying symptoms. The most common symptoms include hot flushes; night sweats; low libido; poor concentration; depression; fatigue; mood swings and insomnia.
I have trained with London-based tutor Sally Earlam; a reflexologist for twenty-three years and a specialist for the Association of Reflexologists.
Reflexology can support women going through this transition in a physical, mental and emotional sense; helping to identify health system imbalances and then working on areas which need attention. Menopausal Reflexology training focuses on a unique technique to help ease menopause symptoms; work on key areas of the feet including the pituitary, hypothalamus, adrenals, pineal and vagus nerve which can help restore balance to the endocrine system.
Reflexology will optimise physical and mental wellbeing; lower stress and help you feel calmer; improve sleep; address hormonal imbalance; and better regulate the peripheral nervous system. Calming the nervous system will help alleviate menopause symptoms.
"Chronically elevated cortisol (stress) increases the likelihood of severe menopause symptoms" [Cagnacci et al 2011 Menopause, 18,2,273-8]
Reflexology clients who are able to take on lifestyle changes tend to achieve the best results. Clients will be asked to look at ways to support the process by considering the Five Pillars of Menopause - diet, exercise, relaxation, sleep and purpose. This can be discussed at the consultation process and supported with further information.
