Reflexology is a natural therapy that complements the natural state of pregnancy.

This massage can help reduce stress; ease back pain; decrease swelling; improve the quality of sleep; and improve lymphatic drainage and  helping to keep blood pressure balanced..Please note this treatment cannot be carried out until you are past the first trimester in your pregnancy.

Contraindications  : RLD is NOT SUITABLE for clients with Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) Kidney failure Cellulitis
